Welcome to Shofar Business Consultants. Our backstory begins in 2003 when we, Bennie and Krystal, met for the first time as we entered college in Michigan. After a few years of courting, graduating college, engagement, and our wedding in 2008 we became a lifelong partnership teamed up for the purpose of being a benefit to the world around us.  Our careers led us into the business world, working first for small businesses that allowed us to understand how companies with just a few hundred employees work, then we became successful in joining firms with thousands of employees and holding leadership positions within those companies.  Our experience has allowed us to understand both small businesses just starting out, and large businesses that are battling competitive markets and needing to strategize.  Both of us have presented workshops and presentations across the United States and we have worked with businesses on nearly every continent.  As we progressed in our careers, we’ve also grown in our beliefs. We believe in The Most High God of the bible, and believe all the words presented in the bible are truth. We bring that understanding to the work we do and try to ensure that we make a positive impact everywhere we go.  Shofar Business Consultants will do the powerful work of connecting the African Diaspora with the continent of Africa through business. The African Diaspora are those who are genetically linked to the continent of Africa, but dispersed throughout the world through servitude or other reasons. Many of these individuals dream of having a way in to learn about the cultures in Africa and to potentially live on the continent for a time, so they can connect to those roots.  Since trade is a link that connects everyone in the world, our work will be an excellent way for the Diaspora to make their bond with their ancestors on the continent and also bring their wealth of skills and investment funding to help uplift those on the continent as well.  We have chosen Namibia for this work because it is a place that called to our hearts. We were called to come to this location, and will center our work here to bring these connections and uplifting work to the people of Namibia who are full of talent and joy.  We believe the talent and wisdom of native Namibians paired with the skills and education acquired by members of the Diaspora outside the content can combine to build great businesses that lead the world in success, ingenuity, and global impact.  The connections we make will not only partner investors with Namibian businesses, but will bring new skillsets from across the globe to help Namibian companies thrive.
